The course offers a study of general English with special reference to practical communication skills and comprehension of native English speakers. The teaching methodology is firmly communicative and encourages speaking. This highly intensive course is for serious students and is therefore not suitable for those seeking a relaxing holiday course.

OUTDOOR LANGUAGE ACTIVITIES
The programme consists of 15 hours per week of practical language exercises, taking place during the sightseeing programme and during the evening activities.

The main aim of the short programme is to help students to communicate well in everyday situations.

HOST FAMILY

Well-selected accommodation is a vitally important factor in the success of an English language course in England. Staying with a British host family is the most efficient way to absorb those idiomatic English expressions which only occur in their natural setting in the home.
