Richard Organisation was founded in 1928 by Monsieur Richard, a teacher who wanted to give young learners the opportunity to enrich their lives through the experience of learning English in England.

He believed the educational value of a stay in England was not limited to the classroom. This view is still followed today.

The current program has lessons in the mornings followed by activities, sports and excursions in the afternoons.

Fully-supervised CLAS Courses are ideal for those who wish to combine a thorough study of English with a varied activity, sports and excursions program while making friends from all over the world.

Courses may take place at a Richard Language College Summer Annex.

Well selected accommodation is vitally important in the success of a course in England
Staying with an English host family is the best way to practice what has been learned during the day and to absorb typically English expressions.

Bournemouth start dates from June 24th to September 2nd. Please note course length is restricted to three weeks for 12 - 17 year old.

2 - 10 weeks: 26th June

Remark: Students arrive on a Saturday to join their host families. Courses start on the Monday.

* 4 week or 4 week + courses are available for 16 and 17 year old only. The maximum length of course for 12 -15 year old is 3 weeks.

Every weekend there is an escorted full day trip. Recent visits have been to London, Oxford and Bath. Other places of interest are also visited.

WINTEGRA 2017

14 to 18 years old?
Looking for a course in January 2017 where you can improve your English and do a range of activities and excursions?

 

Look no further! ENROL ON WINTEGRA!

WINTEGRA is Richard Language College’s January holiday course winter holiday. As with our summer Integra course, which follows a similar model it will develop all of your skills, but will concentrate more on your ability to communicate. This will help you get the most out of your stay in England.

WINTEGRA combines English lessons with activities and excursions. Stay with one of our lovely host families and experience the British way of life.
Richard Language College is in Bournemouth on England’s south coast. It has miles of sandy beaches, great shopping and leisure facilities and is within reach of many popular tourist destinations. Everything you need for a great stay in England.

Lessons are every morning and two afternoons a week. The other three afternoons you will have activities or excursions to local places of interest. Every weekend there is a full day trip e.g. London.

Accommodation fees:
Host Family Accommodation: £130 per week half board (bed, breakfast, evening meal Monday to Friday & full board at weekends.)

 

Option for lunches:
Packed lunch option £15 per week (water or coke, sandwich, fruit or dessert and a small chocolate bar) OR hot lunch option £30 per week (drink, hot meal, fruit or dessert)

If RLC has to cancel a course for unforeseen reasons a suitable alternative course will be offered.

INTEGRA SUMMER INTENSIVE COURSES 2017

INTEGRA ENGLISH SUMMER COURSES 2017 are aimed specifically at young, highly motivated students, typically in secondary or higher education who wish to review and consolidate their in-depth knowledge of English.

These courses offer a study of general English with special reference to practical communication skills and comprehension of native English speakers.

The teaching methodology is firmly communicative and encourages speaking. This highly intensive course is for serious students and is therefore not suitable for those seeking a relaxing holiday course.

Courses may take place at a Richard Language College or their Summer Annex site.

Maximum class size:	12
Prescore (test yourself now):	35-90

* Students are accepted onto this course from the academic year they will be 16 e.g. if they are in the equivalent of UK Year 11. It is therefore possible that some students may only be 15 while on the course. Course length for anyone under 16 is restricted to three weeks.

ACCOMMODATION:

Host family accommodation can be arranged. This is bed, breakfast and evening meal every day and light lunches at weekends. Lunches can be bought at a reasonable price from the college or annex cafeteria Mondays to Fridays.

The price for host family accommodation is £150 per week from 12.00 Saturday to 12.00 the following Saturday.
