Social & Leisure

We believe that the educational value of a stay in England is not limited to the classroom; the experience of living with an English family and the Social, Cultural and Leisure Programme are also vital elements of a successful stay.

Free tour of Bournemouth on arrival (after testing) for Maxima Intensive arrival dates only, visiting different places of interest in the town. The tour lasts about an hour.

Free access to our social programme of activities, including evening video-films, lectures, table tennis, social evenings and walks.

Other activities: discos, excursions, concerts, theater performances, live bands and skittles, at very reasonable prices.

Substantial discounts at local shops covering most of the normal student needs (dry-cleaning, restaurants, shoe-repair, chemists, florists, stationers, car-hire, bus-travel, taxis, etc.). These are all located close to the college.
