Confirmation

You will receive a Confirmation Sheet by e-mail or fax. This sheet will show all of your flight information, details of the taxi company your transfer is with, emergency contact details and advice on flight delays.

At The Airport

It is very IMPORTANT that you take the Confirmation Sheet with you to the airport!

As you exit customs you will enter the Arrivals Hall (if you have a mobile phone, switch it on now) - your driver will be waiting for you by the Information Desk. He will hold a sign for 'Richard Language College'.

If you cannot see your driver you must wait in the Arrivals Hall. If you have a problem you can call the taxi company (the number will be on your confirmation sheet).
Do not leave the arrivals hall without your driver.

Security

Make sure you do not show your confirmation sheet to your driver until after he has shown you his Identity card. All RLC drivers should be carrying a RLC identity card.

Flight or Immigration Delays

Owing to increased airport security, there may be a delay between immigration and the arrivals hall. Our charges include the first 1hr 45min of waiting time, but thereafter will be charged at �10 per hour + extra parking maximum �4.00, if applicable.
